Some very, very heartbreaking photos of the devastation of some of Nashville's most treasured landmarks:
Places like the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Opryland Hotel, the Titans Stadium and other Nashville landmarks are all covered in water. Unbelievable. President Obama has declared Nashville and several surrounding counties as a federal disaster zone, which is good, I suppose, as I presume it means that federal funding will be available to the city as it undertakes the massive task of cleaning up the city.

Thanks for keeping Nashville and its citizens (particularly those hardest hit by the flood) in your prayers.
